DrawCrowd

Privacy notice

Last updated: November 7, 2026

This site has one form: the request to join the DrawCrowd pilot in Brickell, Miami. This notice says what that form keeps and why.

Who we are

DrawCrowd is not launched yet and is not yet a registered company. DrawCrowd runs this site and reads what you send. You can reach DrawCrowd at hello@drawcrowd.ai.

What the form keeps

To stop floods of automated sending, we also keep a one-way, scrambled code made from your network (IP) address, mixed with a secret that changes the code every day. It is kept for at most 24 hours. We do not store your IP address itself.

Why

Only to contact you about the pilot and to plan it, and to see which link or ad brought you here: to answer you, to talk about your business and your line, and, if the pilot fits, to prepare your ad with you. We use your phone number only if you gave it.

Where it is kept

Your answers are stored in a database at Cloudflare (Cloudflare D1), which also hosts this site. When you send the form, a copy of your answers is emailed to DrawCrowd through Resend, an email delivery service, and lands in DrawCrowd's mailbox at drawcrowd.ai, which is hosted by Google Workspace.

Everything this site shows, including its typeface and its 3D drawing library, is served from drawcrowd.ai itself. Your browser does not contact other companies' servers to show it.

What we do not do

How long we keep it

Applications are deleted after 12 months, or sooner on request at hello@drawcrowd.ai.

To see, change or delete what you sent

Write to hello@drawcrowd.ai from the email address you used in the form, and say what you want: a copy, a correction, or deletion. We will reply within 2 business days and tell you when it is done.

Changes

If what the form keeps or where it goes changes, we will update this notice and the date at the top before the change.
